Abbey Press Cutting Workforce
Abbey Press in St. Meinrad is cutting 17 full-time jobs as part of a restructuring plan to reduce costs and lower overhead. Our partners at WAXL in Santa Claus report that workers at the Spencer County company will lose their jobs between February 15 and March 21.
Abbey Press manufactures and markets inspirational products, primarily through catalogs and its website.
Abbey Press, which employs 261 people, is owned and operated by the Benedictine monks of Saint Meinrad Archabbey.
