T2 Systems Invests $1 Million In Expansion

INDIANAPOLIS — A parking management software and consulting firm is expanding its headquarters, with plans to add more than 90 jobs over the next seven years.

T2 Systems Incorporated is hiring for customer service, information technology and business development positions. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said T2 will spend more than $1 million to expand and upgrade its offices on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

The company provides parking management software and hardware that helps customers manage things like citations, permits, vehicle towing and space utilization.

T2 works with cities and universities. Clients include the city of Indianapolis, Ball State University and Indiana University

Management Positions

Night Manager The Night Manager will work closely with Front Office staff to ensure maximum Front Office operating efficiency and ensure that Omni standards are met. Ideal candidate must have previous upscale hotel experience; be able to lead, develop, and motivate staff; candidate must be able to work third shift.

Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper will manage, direct, and coordinate all functions of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments and maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness and upkeep. Candidate must have previous management experience in an upscale hotel. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Food & Beverage Director

The F&B Director will oversee the management of all F&B departments. Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or Equivalent; Must have 3-5 years previous hotel food and beverage management experience in four-diamond hotels. Candidate must have proven leadership skills and have extensive hands on food and beverage experience; Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities; Candidate must possess excellent computer skills, be detailed, organized, work weekends, lead, direct, and develop staff.

Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the financial, product control, marketing, staffing, and administrative duties of the culinary department. Ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a 4+ Diamond/Star kitchen, more than 7 years of culinary experience, proven leadership skills, and formal culinary education.

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will be primarily responsible for the management of culinary staff & food production during the evening in Hot Tuna and Room Service. Candidate should have 3-5 years of culinary experience; Must be able to work a flexible schedule; Must demonstrate the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team.

Housekeeping

Room Attendant

Candidate must be detailed oriented, be able to lift/carry a minimum of 15-20 lbs., be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, previous experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train right individual.

Lobby Attendant

Candidate must be detailed oriented, be able to lift/carry a minimum of 15-20 lbs., be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, previous experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train right individual.

Laundry Attendant

Candidate must be detailed oriented, be able to lift/carry a minimum of 15-20 lbs., be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, previous experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train right individual.

C.A.R.E. Attendant

The C.A.R.E. team works with housekeeping and engineering to clean and repair everything in guest rooms. Candidate must be able to bend and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; Must be able to perform basic preventative maintenance duties including grouting, caulking, tiling, and light plumbing.

Turndown Attendant

Candidate must be detailed oriented, be able to lift/carry a minimum of 15-20 lbs., be able to work evenings & weekends, previous experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train right individual.

Front Office/Guest Services

Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisors will rotate through PBX, Front Desk, and Guest Services. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree and previous hotel experience. Candidate must have previous customer service experience; Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Guest Ambassador

A Guest Ambassador will provide bell, transportation, concierge, and shoe shining services to our guests. Ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a four or five-diamond hotel.

PBX Operator

The PBX Operator will direct and assist guests and associates with communication needs. Candidate must have excellent communication skills; Must be able to work a flexible schedule, Must have basic computer skills; Previous customer service experience preferred.

Food & Beverage Service

Busser

The Dining Room Attendant will assist servers in Hot Tuna. Candidate should have previous customer service experience; must be able to bend and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; Must be able to work afternoons and evenings; Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Banquet Server – On Call

This is a Part Time position primarily on weekends and evenings. Candidate must have previous serving experience, preferably in a banquet setting; Must be able to bend and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; Must be able to work weekends; Must currently have or be able to obtain a permit to serve alcohol.

Server – Hot Tuna Ideal candidate will have previous fine dining experience.

Candidate must have previous restaurant experience; Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Purchasing

Receiving Clerk Part Time

The Receiving Clerk will assist the Purchasing Manager with vendor deliveries through inspection and distribution within the hotel. Candidate must be able to bend and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; Must be available to work early mornings on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays minimally. This is an ideal part-time position for a college student or someone looking for a second job.
